TWEEDLEDEE and TWEEDLEDUM
Please don't think of these as their real names. I had to choose something to distinguish among the pups, and these two looked so much alike (and so much like Max when he was a puppy, that I went with those names.
Pups develop their human oriented personalities at different stages. The females are usually first, and then the males, to recognize humans as "pack mates."
Tweedledee and Tweedledum did not "get it" until they were exactly eight weeks old, and then CLICK! on came the personality!
Since most of this litter was chosen prior to eight weeks, Tweedledee, and Tweedledum, even though they are extremely cute medium sized males, did not get picked. They just were not ready to find their human.
But they are ready now, and somebody's going to be really pleased with each of them, and really glad the pups waited to choose their human.
Here are some more pictures and descriptions.
TWEEDLEDEE is slightly more lively than his brother. He has an attractive split muzzle, one side gold colored and one side white, in that classic Aussie look. The eyes, I think, will be amber. He will be a medium sized dog, probably about 45 pounds.

Tweedledee was in a really good mood when I tried to take these pictures, and it was hard to keep him still. I discovered today that he will already chase and retrieve a tennis ball, but he was so fast, it was hard to get a good shot of it.

He will also stay still if you are going to do the belly rub!

This is Tweedledee right and left side. As you can see, he has an incomplete white ruff. This is not a fault, and will probably more or less disappear, as his big male ruff develops. The gold will deepen, as it did in Max. Look how straight the legs are, and how well he stands on just his feet. He likes peanut butter!
TWEEDLEDUM
Tweedledum is just every so slightly more laid back than his brother. He is also a medium sized male, and will be a very good choice for a family with children and a yard to run in. He will be low energy in the house, when grown, and high energy outside, just like his daddy, Max.

Tweedledum would stay still at least some of the time, so I didn't need help with the pictures.

That's the Aussie Stare...that Look of Eagles. Tweedledum has it big time!
Of the two dogs, Tweedledum is most like Max in appearance. His ruff extends all the way around his neck, and his muzzle will have more white on it, as his snout grows. The gold will darken. I think he will have amber eyes, like his daddy!
