FUZZBALL

(This sweet little guy chose his new people on August 27,2005)
Fuzzball has his grandpa's fluffy coat! I think this is a Hisaw trait. He is totally fuzzy all over himself. Even his toes are fuzzy. I believe the adult coat will have a good outside coat and a heavy undercoat, as that was the grandfather's coat. But it will always be lighter and fuzzier, I think, than Max's coat.
This could make for a really flashy dog, as the gold will brighten. You can see how the gold flirts with the black on his muzzle and cheeks. I think his eyes will be brown or deep amber, like Ginger's. This pup would also look exactly like Ginger, except for the fuzziness.
Fuzzball was the number five pup to be born, at 8:35 AM. He weighed 12.5 ounces. He was the second smallest in the litter, and is still in about that place. Fuzzball and his brother Ginger a Deux got extra time alone with mama. I would sneak them out when the others were sleeping, and Ginger would feed them some more.
He is lively, attentive, very loving, and comes right up to investigate when something new comes into the pen.
I think, of all the pups, that Fuzzball might have trouble with the foxtail situation. He probably should go to a home where there is landscaping to run on, rather than rough California fields.

I kept moving the bit of hamburger around....he can smell it, but he can't find it!
